Where would you like to see yourself 12 months from now, in terms of being a materials writer?

Where would you like to see yourself 12 months from now, in terms of being a materials writer?
Well... I would love to learn more about ELT material writing and 12 months from now I hope I will be able to write better worksheets for my students, worksheets, and activities that can be stimulating and engaging. Sometimes I have so many ideas but then I realize I do not know how to properly transform them into effective worksheets and I have to admit that what comes out, in the end, is not really corresponding to what was my intention. So I really need to improve my worksheet planning and follow the teaching unit outline instead of just going randomly. In 12 months from now, I can see myself with a deeper knowledge on how things should be done in order to maximize my students' learning process.
