I'm Rehmat Ebrahim... an ELT professional with many years of classroom teaching experience plus facilitating trainings, educating ELT professionals and developing courses etc in the field of ELT.
Materials writing is an aspect of ELT I'd like to gain expertise in. As I move into the 'educator' category, I'd like to start developing my own materials and may be even publish them at least locally for Pakistani teachers.
I'm looking forward to this course and hope to learn a lot from the facilitator and the course participants.
I think starting locally is the best place to start. Nobody knows your local audience (your students) better than you. I am doing the same. I am looking to use my content to start with my students in South Korea first. And then, you never know, maybe the world!
