What I would really like to do is to create a series of online courses for training EFL teachers in pedagogy and instructional technology. That's the part about 'dreaming big'.
As for 'starting small', I would like to finish the first of these courses which will focus on 'teaching and assessing writing using web 2.0 tools'.
